How to Use

For best results apply to pre-lightened / bleached hair.

Blend Color Tamer with your chosen Color Psycho shade in a mixing bowl to create your unique pastel effect.

Wearing gloves, apply evenly to pre-washed, towel dried hair. Allow to develop for approx. 15-30 minutes until the desired shade is achieved.

Longer development time will result in increased depth and tone.

Rinse until water runs clear.

How to Use
